Hand-painted, the way needlepoint began
I learned to stitch beside my nan, cross-stitching as a little girl, and needlepoint grew naturally out of those afternoons. I've always been a painter, so when I couldn't find the canvases I was looking for — the ones that felt special, exclusive, truly mine — I started painting them myself. First for me, then for friends, then for stitchers everywhere who wanted something no shop shelf could offer. The studio is named after my son, Sonny, a family name and the heart behind every canvas.
Hand-painted, never printed
True hand-painted canvases have become few and far between — most of the market is printed now. But painting by hand is how needlepoint canvases originated, and we believe there's something worth protecting in keeping the craft as it was. Every canvas we send out is painted, not printed.

Send us a photo of your dog, your wedding date, your house, or the little spot in your hometown nobody else would think to stitch. Each design is curated especially for you, with a level of detail that makes it unmistakably yours.
