The shop
Sonny Stitches sells hand-painted needlepoint canvases and related goods. Every canvas is painted by hand in the US, so slight variations from product photos are part of the nature of handmade work and are not defects.
Orders and payment
Orders are processed through our secure checkout. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order; if we do, you will be refunded in full.
Custom orders and deposits
Fully custom designs may be purchased with a 50% deposit. The deposit reserves your place in the studio's schedule and begins design work; the remaining balance is charged once you approve your final design. Because custom work is made specifically for you, custom orders are final sale once design work has begun.
Shipping
Shipping rates and estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns
Because each canvas is hand-painted and many items are made to order, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged. If something arrives damaged, contact the studio within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Saved drafts and addresses are stored for your convenience and may be removed if an account is deleted.
Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, and content on this site are the property of Sonny Stitches and may not be reproduced without written permission. Purchasing a canvas grants you the right to stitch it for personal use, not to reproduce or resell the design.
